This entry-level position requires a strong foundation in technical support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers succeed.
You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive user experience.
Customer Assistance:
a.
Provide prompt and courteous technical support to D-Tools SI users through various channels, including Intercom Chat and Zoho Desk.
b.
Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and offer effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
c.
Uphold D-Tools support key fundamentals:
Be Nice, Do the right thing, and Choose to care.
Product Knowledge:
a.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of D-Tools SI functionalities to assist users with software-related queries and issues.
b.
Stay updated on product updates and enhancements to provide accurate and relevant information to users.
Intercom Chat Management:
a.
Monitor and respond to user queries in real-time through Intercom Chat.
b.
Engage with customers proactively to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
Zoho Desk Utilization:
a.
Utilize Zoho Desk for ticket management, issue tracking, and resolution documentation.
b.
Maintain detailed and accurate records and comments of customer interactions and solutions provided.
D-Tools Support Wiki:
a.
Leverage the information available in the D-Tools Support Wiki to assist users in troubleshooting common problems.
b.
Contribute to the enhancement of support documentation by providing insights into recurring issues and resolutions.
Collaboration:
a.
Collaborate with other support team members, as well as development and development teams, to escalate and resolve complex issues.
b.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about product updates and support processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of D-Tools System Integrator (SI) and related technologies.
- Familiarity with Intercom Chat, Zoho Desk, and ticketing systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
