Responsibilities and Duties Assist customers with shipping inquiries, package tracking, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Support business operations by handling printing services, notary tasks, and corporate gifting packing/shipping with precision and attention to detail.
Engage with customers on Cricut rental and custom invitations, adding a personal touch to their special moments.
Facilitate smooth returns processing, including Amazon returns, and expedited passport services for customer convenience.
Manage virtual and physical mailboxes, catering to the needs of nomads, families, and businesses, ensuring efficient mail handling.
Qualifications and Skills QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 years previous experience at UPS, Fedex, USPS, or similar retail store.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Proficient in Postalmate a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service skills.
Proficient typing and computer skills.
Excellent numerical aptitude, including the ability to handle cash registers and reconcile at the end of the day.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and standing for extended periods.
