We need hard-working, reliable Laborers/Installers to join our residential crews for waterproofing and foundation repair.

Our crew members can make up to $1,000-$1,200 per week! Not only do we compensate well, but you are also recognized for your hard work and there are leadership and advancement opportunities.

Main
Responsibilities:
Laborer with crews helping with foundation repair and waterproofing on residential homes:
Taking apart or constructing scaffolding, bracing and other temporary structures; Digging trenches and backfill holes, and operating equipment and heavy machinery are just a few of the main responsibilities.
Benefits:
Starting pay (Training period of 30-45 days ) is $16-$20 per hour (range $650-$800 per week and depends on experience) Ability to move into higher pay once you prove yourself and ready to grow into leadership role Ability to be promoted within the company - potential first year between $60k-$90k Excellent Training Full-Time (W-2 employee) non-seasonal! 1 or more years of experience in a construction position required (concrete experience a PLUS!) Must be able to pass a DRUG TEST! Adept at using a miter saw, drills, concrete mixer, band saw Ability to lift heavy objects up to 75 lbs.
