Position Requirements:
Provide the ultimate F45 Training experience during group training sessions Ensure that ALL members are receiving hands-on training and attention during class time, performing exercises effectively and safely while keeping them motivated and encouraged throughout the class Successfully able to perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with modifications as needed Collaborate with Studio Manager, Head Trainer and team about personal & studio goals Contribute to the F45 culture by facilitating a clean, organized, energetic, and fun fitness studio Possible early morning, evening, and weekend availability Experience &
Qualifications:
Current certification from an accredited fitness program (required) Current First Aid & CPR/AED Certification (preferred) 1
years of personal training and/or group fitness experience (preferred) What's In It For You:

1st Audition Demonstrate your outstanding exercise technique by taking 2 x F45 classes (1 strength, 1 cardio) 2nd Audition Demonstrate your ability to introduce a workout and explain 9 exercises by engaging in a role-play with F45 management.
Demonstrate your ability to correct exercise technique by engaging in a role-play with F45 management.
3rd Audition Demonstrate your ability to motivate a class by delivering group cues and one-on-one feedback during an F45 class.
