Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Proven track record in automotive retail industry as an automotive Sales Manager
Excellent business skills
Successful background in financial/budgeting role
Solid supervisory experience
Experienced with Luxury Line is a Plus!
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee activities of all dealership departments
Work with dealer-principal, sales, service, and finance management to develop dealership sales goals and business plans.
Motivate and reward employees as needed
