EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - Great growth and exposure My client, an industry leader located in Smyrna is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the VP of Sales and other VPs in the Sales and Marketing Executive department. This role will be responsible for: Producing reports, scheduling appointments, give information to callers, travel arrangements and otherwise to relieve officials of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail by performing the duties listed below. This role is to represent the senior executive management of the company to parent company, vendors, customers and other officials who routinely are in contact with the executive offices in a professional manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Produces monthly financial and annual reports using Excel. This consumes approximately 70% of the job. Communication between 35 distribution centers and one subsidiary company with distribution centers in the US and Canada. Reads and routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer. Prepares presentations using PowerPoint. Composes and types routine correspondence. Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records. Answers phones for all executives and fills in where needed, and arranges conference calls. Working in a team environment. Coordinates executive's schedule and makes appointments. Maintains conference room schedule. Greets scheduled visitors and conducts to appropriate area or person. Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations. Prepares expense reports. Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports. Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings. Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials. Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes. Oversees the ordering and maintaining of supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
