We are seeking an influential, Pricing Strategy Manager to join a creative and dynamic organization working on a top 5 project for the CEO.
You will be working with specialized, cross-functional teams to recommend and execute test-driven Pricing/Cost Solutions.
You will lead a team of two direct reports and will oversee the work of the team including planning, designing, and implementing of new systems or changes to existing systems and tools.
You do not need to have prior management experience, as you will be hands-on in this role from a high level.
You will spend 1/3 of your time, being creative and coming up with new ideas/approaches to building and enhancing pricing tools.
You will also spend 1/3 of your time becoming the subject matter expert for internal business partners.
Lastly, the remaining 1/3 of your time will be executing presentations and managing team members.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 1
year of Pricing Strategy experience - experience working on Capital Projects - Experience working in an agile environment
- Experience in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with analysing numbers or finances
- Experience in a business setting understanding business processes and business strategies.
- Excellent and polished communication and presentation skills
- Innate ability for critical thinking, analysing mass data, and presenting findings
- Bachelor's Degree
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Manage a team of 2 or more associates
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
