CUSTOM BUILT RECYCLING LINE for sale

Customer asset number: MM172010-LOT

Additional information: Description: This plant was set up in early 2015 and ran for 2 months grinding green waste before the company lost their permit to grind in the area it was set up. Has not run since. Has approx. 300 hrs. on the everything. It is completely set up the way the pictures show but will start being disassembled around the 1st of Dec. 2017. The complete line is 200' long. There is 2 Wobbler Feeders attached together at the beginning of the line that separates the material. The bigger material will drop onto an 8 man picking station and the fines drop on the 200' long belly belt. There is 1 air separator at the picking station for the plastics, paper, etc. that drops onto the 2014 (Mfg. Date 12/1/14) Peterson 4750B horizontal grinder. The ground material drops onto the belly belt where there is a cross magnet and also another air separator. Material continues on the belly belt. They have 2 Metering hoppers that material was put into that would drop Bio solids, manure, etc. onto the ground material coming down the belly belt. Would then exit the end of the belly belt into piles, trucks or stacking conveyor's. This is a very extensive line. As you can see in the pictures all the electrical panels are included. There is a separate building that was built just for all the electrical and the pictures show just about all the different panels and wiring. The equipment alone was sold brand new for $1,525,000.00 and with the electrical engineering and set up the wholeplant was in the total price tag of $2,250,000.00.
